  Laser sweeper is an instrument that uses laser scanning to confirm whether a surface is balanced; an instrument that projects a visible laser beam and can level and locate the height according to the laser beam; another concept is an instrument that enables the visible laser point (generally red light and green light) to sweep out the light of the same level height driven by the rapid rotation axis, so as to facilitate the engineers to locate the level height.


  As for the leveler that projects the visible beam, it is to use the visible beam to fix the height (light straight-line propagation).


  As for the instrument of the light spot scanning line, it is the principle of a line that people see the light spot moving when they use the visible laser spot to move rapidly, because of the persistence of human vision. When the instrument is leveled, the lines of photoelectric scanning are at the same height.


  The laser is compensated to the level by the automatic compensation organization in the machine, and the laser is emitted. When the compensation scale is exceeded, stop rotating and emitting laser, and the alarm light will be on. The inner cylinder seat is hung with a lifting wire, and the laser diode is installed in the center position, and the laser is generally fired in a straight direction. The laser emitted in the vertical direction rotates horizontally through the objective lens and the pentagonal prism installed on the motor. Observe the alarm light to see whether it is within the scope of automatic leveling compensation and whether the main engine is skewed. This can be confirmed by controlling the gap between the inner cylinder seat and the outer cylinder seat through electronic method.


  The receiver consists of two receiving diodes, the former receiving laser and the latter displaying spot position. At the same time, the position of the spot is adjusted by the buzzer which changes the timbre. The receiver is the upper and lower photodiodes, which indicate the position according to the difference of the light quantity of the two photodiodes. A the photodiode 2 does not illuminate the laser, indicated by a downward arrow symbol. B light sensitive diodes 1 and 2 are illuminated by the same amount of light, indicated by the center mark.
